Postpartum depression is very common in woman after giving birth I looked up some of the signs of postpartum depression because i thought I had it my oldest sister had it really bad after her first child we had to take care of my beautiful niece for a while cause she just couldn’t take of her but she grew out of it if you call it that and she has now two more kids and is a wonderful mom. But the reason I thought I had it was because I was really feeling it unlike my sister she lived at home with my mom and my younger sister so she has a lot of help I live by myself with my children father who is always gone during the day and like I said before in my previous blogs I have now for beautiful babies that I have to take care of by myself during the day until there dad comes back. So this day I had all four of mine and my niece over and I have been in the house for two weeks straight with out going outside or going anywhere and I just had a moment that I could not deal with kids and the sound of them drove me crazy I just wanted to be just be and my newborn cause i was about to lose my head dealing with the older ones. I also breastfeed so I couldn’t move like i want to cause he was always hungry and they destroyed my house and they was hungry to doing all that drive me over the edge and I called my sister for help cause I thought I was having postpartum depression but it was because I was isolated in the house for two weeks with all the kids so I called my dad to come get me and take me to the hospital cause I thought my baby was sick and that was the craziest thing I could have done cause my baby was not even a month yet and i took him in the germ infested place I saw the doctor and she gave me a word of advice I was just overwhelmed with all the kids and sleep deprived and isolated in the house for two weeks that’s why i was going crazy cause my baby was very healthy. But after all that i just went back home but feeling that air and heat and just being back outside i felt better and I was not as mad and upset as I was before so I knew that’s all I needed. Have you ever felt that something was so overwhelming that all you needed was some good fresh air to make things all better?
